The scoop. The store is moderately sized, clean and efficient... I feel like I'm describing a doctor's office which isn't too far from the truth. Everything is pretty straightforward and sterile, but the staff was plentiful and helpful. I'm used to a much larger Nordstrom Rack so it's hard for me to be objective. However, there is some good deals to be had, and I'm sure as time goes on the inventory will increase and prices will improve even more. Be sure to hit the shoe section - quite a good selection there.
Moving customers through the purchase line was really impressive. The line was pretty intense, but employees were prepared. Extra registers were in place, and they moved us through like a well-oiled machine. Job well done.
In Summary...
Will I shop there in the future? Of course. Recommend it to friends? Definitely. Was I wowed? Not really. It's functional but just slightly missed the mark on deals and variety.

I was impressed with the amount of Men's stuff. Normally stores like that have hardly any guys stuff. I found a pair of shoes for $30 that normally go for around $90, so I was happy.
I checked it out last week as well, and having never been to one of these stores before was really impressed! I liked the variety of clothes and prices, though wish some of the stuff was even more affordable. I didn't make it to the shoe section, so I will have to check that section out next time. I will definitely be going back in the future!
Gasp! Sarah... you definitely have to make it to the shoe section :) Was it crazy packed when you went?
It wasn't too packed. And when I went back this week at lunch it wasn't too bad either. Still didn't make it to the shoe department though. :( We'll have to make a lunch date to go visit the shoe department and you can show me how the deals are found!!
